Shipping & Delivery Information
Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $50
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
You will receive a tracking email once your order has shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at customerservice@pinkarrows.com.
Please note, we do not process or ship orders on Sundays or holidays.
Free Priority Shipping on Orders Over $100
Need your items faster? Enjoy free Priority Shipping (via USPS) on all orders over $100. Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will ship the same day.
After Hours & Holiday Shipping
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the following business day.
Rates & Delivery Times
- All domestic orders will arrive within 2-3 business days once shipped.
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
- Free USPS Priority Shipping on orders over $100.
Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please take the following steps:
- Verify your shipping address.
- Check for a delivery notice or see if someone else accepted the package on your behalf.
- Wait up to 3 days, as in rare cases, packages may be marked as delivered up to 36 hours before they actually arrive.
Important:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost due to theft or left outside for any length of time. Once the package is with the carrier, it is no longer in our control. We will not refund or reship packages marked as delivered by the carrier, nor will we file claims for missing packages on behalf of customers.
