As a Stylist, you’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service, sharing product knowledge, and fostering a welcoming, high-energy shopping environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

Customer Experience

• Customer Connection: Engage with customers in a genuine and personalized way, ensuring they feel welcomed, heard, and valued.
• Selling Culture: Create a dynamic selling environment by connecting with multiple customers, offering styling suggestions, and helping them build confidence through fashion.
• Seamless Experience: Utilize technology to assist customers in finding sizes, colors, and placing orders for items not available in-store.

Teamwork & Communication

• Team Player: Build strong relationships with peers, seek support when needed, and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Share Knowledge: Actively participate in learning and sharing product insights, current trends, and personal styling techniques to inspire customers.
• Insights & Feedback: Provide valuable input about customer preferences and employee experiences to help improve store operations.

Visual & Business Operations

• Business Acumen: Understand how personal contributions impact store performance and sales goals.
• Product Flow: Assist in receiving and processing new shipments, ensuring product availability, and supporting omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Store Environment: Maintain visual and operational standards while prioritizing the customer experience.

Merchandising & Display

• Presentation Standards: Execute stock-to-sales processes, maintain an organized sales floor, and contribute to compelling product displays.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up to date with current trends and help reinforce Pink Arrows Boutique’s brand messaging through merchandising.
• Customer Impact: Understand how merchandising decisions influence the shopping experience and overall business success.

What You’ll Need

• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers feel their best.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An awareness of the Pink Arrows Boutique brand and its appeal to the local market.
